<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Deposit/Final Balance:</span></strong></p>

<li>The wedding chapel requires a deposit of $500.00 for Exquisite and $1,000.00 for all other plans. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable deposit at the time of booking.</li>
<li>Final payment and signed wedding event form is due 30 days prior to the ceremony date. If booking your wedding less than 30 days prior full payment is required at the time of booking.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Fees:</span></strong></p>

<li>A premium may apply to Holidays, Special Events (dates), New Year’s Eve, and Valentine’s Day. Premium is $500.00.</li>
<li>Customizing your ceremony may require an additional ½ hour, subject to availability and $500.00 fee may apply.</li>
<li>If ceremony is taking place in the Chapel: over 50 guests requires the Platinum Chapel and a $250.00 fee will apply. The maximum guests for the Platinum Chapel is 100. If ceremony is taking place at the Valley of the Falls or Mandalay Bay Beach: over 50 guests requires more chairs and a $150.00-$250.00 fee will apply, maximum guests is 100.</li>
<li>In the event that your wedding is more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to charge the card on file a fee of $150.00 for every 15 minutes and/or reschedule your ceremony for a later time and/or date.</li>
<li>Décor: if you add décor for your reception the following fees will be added: set-up/strike labor, deliveries and shipping 35% of total. Fees will be on proposal.</li>
<li>Décor: providing own décor for ceremony maybe subject to additional fee of $250.00-$500.00.</li>
<li>Floral: outside floral is not permitted. If outside floral is brought to the Mandalay Bay we reserve the right to charge the card on file a fee of $250.00-$500.00.</li>
<li>$500.00 fee will apply if requesting wedding time after hours.</li>
<li>$250.00-$500.00 fee may apply if requesting to change wedding date and/or wedding plan.</li>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Cancellation/Postponed:</span></strong></p>

<li>Should it be necessary to cancel/postpone the wedding the following will apply:<ol>

<li>If cancellation is 30 days or less from the wedding date there is no refund of any funds received.</li>
<li>If cancellation is more than 30 days from the wedding date funds will be refunded, less the initial deposit.</li>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Liability:</span></strong></p>

<li>Mandalay Bay is not responsible for loss or damages to any property which the wedding party or their guest bring to Mandalay Bay before, during, or after the use of the facilities.</li>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Floral:</span></strong></p>

<li>All floral orders for wedding plans must be ordered, confirmed and paid for 30 days prior to your wedding date. Floral ordered less than 30 days to your wedding date is subject to availability and a $250.00-500.00 fee may apply.</li>
<li>Outside vendors for floral is not permitted at Mandalay Bay. If outside floral is brought to the Mandalay Bay we reserve the right to charge the card on file a fee of $250.00-$500.00.</li>
<li>Special request must be given to your wedding coordinator to ensure the following:<ol>
<li>Flower availability.</li>
<li>Any additional pricing.</li>
<li>Floral color is subject to availability and cannot be determined until delivery.</li>

</ol>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Miscellaneous:</span></strong></p>

<li>The use of your own clergy, floral, photography or videography (professional/nonprofessional) is not permitted at Mandalay Bay.</li>
<li>The wedding plans offered are as is and non-negotiable or interchangeable; upgrades only allowed.</li>
<li>Tax-exempt organizations must furnish a Certificate of Exemption to the Hotel prior to the event.</li>
<li>If reserving a wedding plan that includes a suite a credit card will be requested upon check in. Additional nights will be charged at the front desk only; payments for rooms are not taken by the wedding chapel. Check in time is 3:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. Early check in or late check out requests must be arranged directly with the front desk. Check in and/or check out times are not guaranteed. Chapel rates are not available for New Years. A daily resort fee (subject to applicable lodging tax) will be added to your account.</li>
<li>A marriage license from the Las Vegas Regional Justice Center is required. Your marriage license must be present at the time of your ceremony.</li>
<li>Rehearsal is required if wedding party exceeds 5 attendances.</li>
<li>It is against hotel policy for employees at the wedding chapel to accept packages for their guests. All packages must be sent to the Business Center and must be picked up by the guest. If a package is sent to the wedding chapel it will be refused and sent to the Business Center. Fees apply, contact Business center for information.</li>
<li>If our obligations under this agreement are not met for any reason beyond our control, our failure is completely excused and we may cancel this agreement by returning your deposit/payments. The following is a partial list of events that if they occur they would be considered reason beyond our control: strikes, labor disputes, accidents, government restrictions on travel, hotel operations, concerts/special events on the beach, goods or supplies, acts of war and acts of God.</li>

<p><strong>Mandalay Bay Beach Policies</strong></p>

<li>Beach weddings can only be booked 3 months in advance, two ceremony locations will be booked in the event the beach is not available with in the 3 months of the ceremony. Dressing rooms must be cleared out prior to the start of the wedding. Anything left in the dressing room may be taken out.(The wedding chapel will not be held responsible for any missed placed items).</li>
<li>Should there be weather conditions that prohibit your ceremony from taking place at the beach location your ceremony will be moved into an available chapel.</li>

<li>Option of photos can be taken in the Shark Reef exhibit, having a wedding during business hours Seascape will be private but the exhibit will not be. It will be open to the public.</li>
<li>Amplified music is not permitted in Seascape, piano or Ipod only.</li>
<li>Guest list must be given 45-30 days prior to the wedding.</li>
<li>No food, beverages, balloons or other décor including rice or confetti are allowed in the Shark Reef.</li>
<li>If booking the last week of October the Shark Reef will be Haunted Shark Reef which will have décor of Halloween</li>
<li>Location includes up to 50 chiavari chairs. Additional fee of $15.00 per chair will apply for up to 75 guest maximum.</li>

<p><strong>Shark Reef Policies</strong></p>

<li>All Shark Reef ceremonies must begin at 9:00am.</li>
<li>Late guest(s) or additional guests will not be permitted into the Shark Reef. 10 guest maximum.</li>

<li>All ceremonies consist of one (1) hour at the Valley of the Falls location and must begin at the scheduled time. If the ceremony is more than 15 minutes late it will have to be rescheduled to another day.</li>
<li>No guest should be directed to the wedding chapel. All Valley of the Fall ceremonies are held at the waterfalls which is located at the main entrance of Mandalay Bay.</li>

<li>Separate contract from catering is required to reserve ballroom. Contract will be sent in 3-5 business days of booking. Final BEO with reception selections will also need to be signed.</li>
<li>All food and beverages selections and room setup options will be made directly with catering.</li>
<li>Any décor for the reception will be booked with the wedding chapel. Any outside décor brought in may be subject to $250.00-$500.00 fee.</li>
<li>Final guarantee for guest count exceeding 50 is required 3 business days prior to your wedding.</li>

<p> <strong>Photography and Video Policies</strong></p>

<li>Please be aware that a CD with all of the images is available to purchase after the ceremony but is not included in any of our wedding plans.</li>
<li>Please note that there are one, two, three and four hour upgrades that can be added to your wedding plan as an upgrade.</li>
<li>Please note that upgrades need to be added up to 24 hours in advance in order to schedule a photographer.</li>
<li>Please be aware that photography for the ceremony will be provided by Weddings by Mandalay Bay.</li>
<li>If the event is off premises a surcharge will apply. Transportation will also need to be provided to and from location.</li>

<p><strong>Photography Appointments </strong></p>

<li>Please note that all couples will be given the opportunity to set up an appointment to review images the day after the ceremony.</li>

<li>All images will be available for viewing the following day at the viewing appointment.</li>

<p>Weddings by Mandalay Bay may collect and store information about you and/or your business including your or your business’s name, email address, phone number, mailing address, accounting transaction data, payment or other financial information, aggregate transaction data, customer sales and order information, third-party data, business data, browser data, devices used, technical information about your means of connection to applications, and any other information or data submitted by you or third parties in connection with our Software Services, Storefronts, or other services rendered pursuant to the Agreement (the “Information”).</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Information Use</span></strong></p>
<p>Information collected may be used in connection with or for purposes of providing services to you, your business, and to others, improving services provided to you, your business, or to others, providing notices to you, complying with applicable law, and any other lawful purpose, including protecting the health or safety of you or others, and monitoring and preventing fraudulent or unlawful third-party activity.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Commercial Use of Information</span></strong></p>
<p>Weddings by Mandalay Bay will not sell or share the Information with third parties for any commercial purposes without your consent and express agreement. Weddings by Mandalay Bay may, however, use the Information in order to share generic, collective, group, or other non-identifying information about the use of Weddings by Mandalay Bay’s products and services as part of commercial transactions with third parties to help Weddings by Mandalay Bay improve its products and services or for any other lawful purpose.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Third-Party Service Providers</span></strong></p>
<p>Weddings by Mandalay Bay may use third-party service providers and vendors to assist Weddings by Mandalay Bay in providing its products and services to you and others, including, without limitation, services to host Weddings by Mandalay Bay’s Software Services, Storefronts, payment processes, and other services pursuant to the Agreement. Weddings by Mandalay Bay may also use third-party service providers and vendors to store Information and other data. Any such third parties would have access to your Information for the limited purpose of assisting, as reasonably necessary, Weddings by Mandalay Bay in providing Software Services and other services pursuant to the Agreement.</p>
<p>Weddings by Mandalay Bay may disclose your Information as Weddings by Mandalay Bay reasonably believes is required by court order, governmental directive, or other law, to protect the rights of Weddings by Mandalay Bay, or as otherwise allowed pursuant to the Agreement or applicable law.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Information Protection</span></strong></p>
<p>Weddings by Mandalay Bay will retain, protect, and process the Information and underlying or related data using commercially reasonable practices. Although Weddings by Mandalay Bay will undertake such efforts to preserve and protect the integrity of the Information, you acknowledge and agree that all security measures have potential risks.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Customer Control of Collected Data</span></strong></p>
