Deposit/Final Balance: <ol> <li>The wedding chapel requires a deposit of $500.00 for Exquisite and $1,000.00 for all other plans. Dressed and ready</li> <li>No guest should be directed to the wedding chapel. Rivea is located at DELANO.</li> </ol> Ceremony Location: <ol start="4"> <li>Ceremony can only be booked 4 months prior to wedding date and take place between 3:00pm-4:00pm Friday-Sunday.</li> <li>Your time at Rivea consists of one (1) hour: fifteen (15) minutes for the ceremony and 45 minutes for photography immediately following the ceremony (Based on wedding plan selected).</li> </ol> Mandalay Bay Beach Policies Promptness: <ol> <li>Dressing Room One and any attendants must arrive to the wedding chapel 40 minutes prior to the ceremony time.</li> <li>Dressing Room Two and any attendants must arrive to the wedding chapel 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time.</li> <li>Guest must arrive to the wedding chapel 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time.</li> <li>Beach weddings can only be booked 3 months in advance, two ceremony locations will be booked in the event the beach is not available with in the 3 months of the ceremony. If our obligations under this agreement are not met for any reason beyond our control, our failure is completely excused and we may cancel this agreement by returning your deposit/payments.</li> </ol> Ceremony Location: <ol start="5"> <li>Your time at the Mandalay Bay Beach consists of 45 minutes; 15 minutes for the ceremony, 15 minutes for photography immediately following the ceremony and 15 minutes for everyone to exit the beach.</li> <li>Dressing Room One is available 40 minutes prior, Dressing Room Two is available 30 minutes prior, within that time you will be given your flowers, instructions and you will also meet with the minister in the separate rooms. Dressing rooms must be cleared out prior to the start of the wedding. Anything left in the dressing room may be taken out.(The wedding chapel will not be held responsible for any missed placed items).</li> <li>Should there be weather conditions that prohibit your ceremony from taking place at the beach location your ceremony will be moved into an available chapel.</li> </ol> Seascape Policies Promptness: <ol> <li>Partner One and wedding party must arrive 40 minutes prior to the ceremony time at the Wedding Chapel. Dressed and ready.</li> <li>Partner Two, wedding party and guests must arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time at the Wedding Chapel. Dressed and ready. </li> </ol> Ceremony Location: <ol start="3"> <li>Your time in the Seascape consists of 1 hour; 15 minutes for the ceremony and remaining time for photography.</li> <li>Option of photos can be taken in the Shark Reef exhibit, having a wedding during business hours Seascape will be private but the exhibit will not be. It will be open to the public.</li> <li>Amplified music is not permitted in Seascape, piano or Ipod only.</li> <li>Guest list must be given 45-30 days prior to the wedding.</li> <li>No food, beverages, balloons or other décor including rice or confetti are allowed in the Shark Reef.</li> <li>If booking the last week of October the Shark Reef will be Haunted Shark Reef which will have décor of Halloween</li> <li>Location includes up to 50 chiavari chairs. Weddings by Mandalay Bay may, however, use the Information in order to share generic, collective, group, or other non-identifying information about the use of Weddings by Mandalay Bay’s products and services as part of commercial transactions with third parties to help Weddings by Mandalay Bay improve its products and services or for any other lawful purpose. Third-Party Service Providers Weddings by Mandalay Bay may use third-party service providers and vendors to assist Weddings by Mandalay Bay in providing its products and services to you and others, including, without limitation, services to host Weddings by Mandalay Bay’s Software Services, Storefronts, payment processes, and other services pursuant to the Agreement. Weddings by Mandalay Bay may also use third-party service providers and vendors to store Information and other data. Weddings by Mandalay Bay may disclose your Information as Weddings by Mandalay Bay reasonably believes is required by court order, governmental directive, or other law, to protect the rights of Weddings by Mandalay Bay, or as otherwise allowed pursuant to the Agreement or applicable law. Information Protection Weddings by Mandalay Bay will retain, protect, and process the Information and underlying or related data using commercially reasonable practices. Although Weddings by Mandalay Bay will undertake such efforts to preserve and protect the integrity of the Information, you acknowledge and agree that all security measures have potential risks. Customer Control of Collected Data You may decline to provide or submit Information to us, however, some of our Software Services, Storefronts, or other services may not be available to you if you choose not to provide or submit Information. You also have a right to access the Information that we hold (about you) upon reasonable written request. Updates to our Policy By entering into the Agreement or the Acknowledgment or by using our products or services, you consent to the collection and use of your Information by us consistent with this Policy and the Agreement.
